Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and  shipped. Please note Let's Get Slimy is closed on Sundays and major holidays. Orders received after 3pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 5-8 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped.

SLIME PACKAGE INFORMATION

All Slimes come in a leak proof jar with a screw-on top. Each slime comes with a FREE charm or add-in of your choice! When placing your order, please select the charm or add-in you would like. Package will also include a slime care sheet, a small activator kit with instructions, a business card and a Let's Get Slimy sticker! Thank you for shopping with us and Let's Get Slimy!

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the delivery address was written down incorrectly, please contact USPS for more information. Once the order has been picked up/dropped off at the shipping provider, we are unable to correct the address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information. Please ensure you provide the correct and full address before completing your purchase.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of slime, we don't accept return, exchanges or refund. All products are final sale. 

We will happily replace products that have been damaged during the shipping process. In order to be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must contact us with photo or video proof within 2 days of delivery. After you receive approval from Let's Get Slimy for the return, we will ask you to ship the damaged item back to us.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped out and in the possession of USPS, we no longer have control over the handling of your order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085 for assistance. If it is still missing after a week, you can file a missing mail request form on the USPS website. You can also call USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777
