HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of your completed transaction. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at GetSlimy@yahoo.com.
HOW LONG DOES SLIME LAST?
In the right conditions and with the proper care, slime can last for a few months. To ensure slime will last, always keep slime in a airtight container and in an appropriate temperature. Failure to follow the slime care information included in your order, will decrease the life of the slime.
WHAT IS THE SLIME ACTIVATOR?
All slime has to have activator. Activator causes a chemical reaction within the slime ingredients which gives the slime its texture and consistency. Your slime will already have activator in it. If your slime becomes sticky, additional activator may need to be added. Slime activator is strong so a little bit, goes a long way. Let's Get Slimy uses Borax as an activator. Please use caution when using Borax.
HOW TO USE THE ACTIVATOR MIX THAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?
1. Determine if your slime needs additional activator. If your slime is sticky to the touch and it has already acclimated to room temperature, you may need to use a tiny amount of activator.
2. Remove the borax activator packet that was included in your order.
3. Measure and pour 1 cup of warm water into a bowl.
4. Carefully add borax powder into the warm water. Do not breath in the activator powder as it is 100% borax powder. If desired, you can wear gloves and a mask.
5. Stir activator powder in the warm water until fully dissolved.
6. Carefully and slowly add tiny drops of the liquid activator mix into your slime. Kneed slime before adding additional activator. BE CAREFUL: Slime can quickly become over activated. If it becomes over activated, it will lose its stretch.
7. Once the slime does not feel sticky and is stretchy again, stop adding activator and enjoy!
IS SLIME SAFE TO EAT?
NO. Slime is not eddable and contains chemicals. To see list of ingredience, please see the side of your slime container. Children should be supervised to ensure slime stays away from the eyes, mouth or any open wounds.
HOW CAN I FIX MY SLIME THAT FEELS TO STIFF?
Jelly Slime (Clear Glue) should be kept in an airtight container somewhere that is can absorb sunlight for up to a few days. Slime should remain untouched during this process.
Butter, Dough, Fluffy, ASMR and Fluffy Slime (White Glue) can be softened by adding small amounts of lotion and mixed until reaching the desired consistency. Running hot water over your slime can also help soften the slime up. Do NOT put slime in the oven, microwave or any other appliance or heat source.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note Let's Get Slimy is closed on Sundays and major holidays. Orders recieved after 3pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 5-8 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. For international orders please allow 8-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
SLIME PACKAGE INFORMATION
All Slimes come in a leak proof jar with a screw-on top. Each slime comes with a FREE charm or add-in of your choice! When placing your order, please select the charm or add-in you would like. Package will also include a slime care sheet, a small activator kit with instructions, a business card and a Let's Get Slimy sticker! Thank you for shopping with us and Let's Get Slimy!
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the delivery address was written down incorrectly, please contact USPS for more information. Once the order has been picked up/dropped off at the shipping provider, we are unable to correct the address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information. Please ensure you provide the correct and full address before completing your purchase.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of slime, we don't accept return, exchanges or refund. All products are final sale.
We will happily replace products that have been damaged during the shipping process. In order to be elgible for a replacement or a refund, you must contact us with photo or video proof within 2 days of delivery. After you recieve approval from Let's Get Slimy for the return, we will ask you to ship the damaged item back to us.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped out and in the possession of USPS, we no longer have control over the handling of your order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085 for assistance. If it is still missing after a week, you can file a missing mail request form on the USPS website.
